
HICKORY, NC – Imagine One Hospitality is proud to announce the appointment of Chef Benjamin Tilatti as Executive Multi-Unit Chef for Rule Prime & Pasta and Vintage House Restaurant.
Born in France, and bringing more than 20 years of international culinary experience, Chef Tilatti has built a career rooted in classical European technique, global culinary perspective, and a passion for thoughtful hospitality.
Throughout his career, Chef Tilatti has worked across France, Canada, Singapore, and the United States in both fine dining kitchens and private chef environments. His global experience has shaped a culinary philosophy centered on quality ingredients, disciplined execution, and strong team-focused kitchen culture.
Chef Tilatti previously owned and operated a restaurant in Singapore, where he developed a deep focus on product integrity, operational consistency, and structured kitchen leadership. His time as a private chef further refined his attention to detail and personalized hospitality.
Most recently, Chef Tilatti served as Executive Chef at Lilou in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he helped elevate culinary standards, strengthen kitchen structure, and create a more consistent, guest-driven dining experience.
In his new role with Imagine One Hospitality, Chef Tilatti will oversee culinary operations for both Rule Prime & Pasta and Vintage House, working closely with the talented culinary teams already in place. His focus will be on supporting and mentoring kitchen staf while building upon strong culinary identities that guests have come to know and love.
“My goal is to keep evolving while helping teams grow,” says Chef Tilatti. “I focus on seasonal ingredients, simplicity, and authenticity, while adapting to each environment and market.”
With Chef Tilatti joining the leadership team, Imagine One Hospitality looks forward to continuing to evolve its culinary programs while preserving the quality, creativity, and hospitality that have defined the restaurants from the beginning.
